4. Technical Support

Untouchable-Media provides 24 x 7 technical support to our clients (except for holidays and short maintence when we close our center.) We limit our technical support to our area of expertise. The following is our guidelines when providing support: Untouchable-Media provides support related to your virtual site physical functioning. Untouchable-Media does not offer tech support for application specific issues such as cgi programming or any other such issue. At this time, Untouchable-Media does not offer technical support via phone.

5. Payments / Refund Policy

Accepted methods of payment include Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, PayPal .
PayPal payments must be sent to ali@untouchable-media.com. At this time, we do not accept any wire transfers. All accepted payments are posted up there.

Also because Untouchable-Media.com provides its clients with psd and finished Coding of files that are emailed to the client or uploaded onto the clients hosting server, we have a no refund policy. (without any exception)

6. Limitations

In no event shall Untouchable-Media or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Untouchable-Media's Internet site, even if Untouchable-Media or a Untouchable-Media authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
